What Does the Bible Say About It?
A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.
We may receive eternal inheritance through Jesus Christ:Hebrews 9:15
An inheritance is not always material:
The most important legacy we can leave our children is good counsel. It’s something we choose to do… to give; it’s not something that will just happen.
As a Christ follower, I have an eternal inheritance. I hope and pray that my children will choose for themselves to be Christ followers.
My children are a heritage. How I choose to bring them up, talk with them by my side, interact with them, invest my time in them, and educate them… will effect future generations (my children’s children).
