Description

Our Principle Approach® American Federalism: The Nation Flowers lessons are superb for Biblical Classical Homeschoolers!
.
This is the first in a series. We recommend this order:  American Federalism and Noah Webster; Frontier Life; Lewis and Clark: A Providential View; Jedidiah Morse: Father of American Geography and the California Gold Rush; Lewis and Clark Field Study pack. You may, of course, choose any order you wish.
.
Our open n’ go style allows for teaching and learning about this topic in a creative way—by grounding the concept of our nation flowering with the concrete example of flowers. Additionally, students learn about Noah Webster and his Blue Backed Speller (with the cause-to-effect).
.
You will need to have a copy of Teaching and Learning America’s Christian History book. This is because you will choose selections from the biography on Noah Webster to read to your students (or to highlight and assign to your older, more independent students). You will also need a copy of the Blue Backed Speller (1824) to extend your lessons for your older students. (We recommend the one published by Applewood Books.)
.
